I have a great working ff five speed trans with 90 mm flanges on the trans. I want to swap in 100mm flanges. Anyone on here done that before. I think it will work just looking to confirm it will work.

The valve guides on my Mach. Block is al worm out. So I found a great deal on a compleat hydro engine for 125.00. The valve guides are almost perfect on the hydro head. That is why I am considering using the hydro head.

My tank also had a dent in the center. I took the tank off and plugged all the openings. I used an air fitting and put air in the tank. The dent came right out. It didn't take much air pressure

Yep I would check oil pressure as well, my first thought was the bearing on the intermediate shaft.

Has anyone change from the glued in windshield to the thick rubber gasket and 1981 windshield? I can't find a windshield for the 84 rabbit with glued in windshield anywhere.

I found a real nice 1999 Passat with a blown engine. Will a 1.6 diesel fit in this car? I know I will have to do work to make the electirical and fuel work but will the engine fit?

It's not surging it jumps up about 100 rpm and stays. It only happens when cold and it sets idling for about 10 mins. I added a k14 turbo when I rebuilt the engine about two years ago. It has a n/a pump.
