Bolt extractor is on order... I found a printable thead guage... For anyone else interested... Timing belt cover bolts are 6mm x 1.0 x 25mm Crank pulley socket bolts are 8mm x 1.25 x 12mm The OEM crank pulley bolts have an integrated spring washer. Timing belt changing help
Okay, so I'm trying to remove the timing belt and I've gotten to the point of removing the four allen-head bolts holding the crank pulley on. I ended up locking the IP to hold the crank in place while I broke the bolts free. Three of them broke free, but the fourth stripped... any ideas on how I can...

Debris in the tiny orifice in the OUT bolt Please correct me if I am wrong... how would debris in the out bolt cause this problem?
