Thanks for the advice. I am not a newbie when it comes to diesel, biodiesel, wvo, diesel purge etc. The biodiesel use is based on the bumpersticker that it came with. The cold start cable is functional. The glow plugs are operational. I have not done a compression test, but wouldn't poor compression cause smoking when driven? There is no smoke when it is warm. It start rough regardless of the temperature. I replaced the glow plugs. I've been seeing air bubbles in the fuel lines between the tank and the filter, as well as between the filter and the IP.
