I have a 1mm over 1.6 TD hydraulic motor, mildly ported head, pump upgraded to 1.9 cam plate-10mm head-internal tweaks!
I want to add a 210mm clutch set-up BUT no clear information on line.
I see a Sachs kf785-02 will work but no definition if is uses one 7mm dowel pin or 2 6mm dowel pins!

1.6td oil pump help needed
What is the part number for a Bilstien turbo diesel oil pump. I know that 1.6TD run a bigger geared pump for higher flow circualtion.
I recently bought one but Im not sure if it is the right one for a turbo build.

I scored a really tight 18T Volvo turbo off of a vehicle at the bone yard. This turbo runs both coolant and oil through it, so I believe its a bearing turbo. Got it! my cousin told what to try!
Screwed the rod in the rest of the way and added a few washer to set the master off of the booster...My has the seal in the booster "No O-rin" on the master cylinder..so it worked fine.

thanks for the info! just needed outside input in case I was missing something simple. I am still elarning these vehicle. I left older Mercedes behind to get a little better mileage.
