My WVO vacuum gauge system is now 7 years old. I used 1/4 inch clear urethane tubing to the gauge. It is about 5 feet long going from injector pump to dash board. I suggest using small diameter polyurethane tubing, almost as easy as running a wire. Then, just connect it to an ordinary auto vacuum gage costing about $20. Polyurethane is extremely tough, will not collapse with a vacuum, WVO does not hurt it and it is readily available at reasonable cost.

I have been running WVO through clear polyurethane lines for about 7 years with no problems. It is a 2 tank system with the WVO being heated by the coolant.

In fact, part of the WVO heating system has the poly line co-axially inside the coolant line.

I installed a 2 tank WVO system in my 1982 VW 1.6L diesel pickup 7 year ago using clear polyurethane tubing. I have had no problems. It is easy to get and not expensive.
