Got the accelerator lever on the right splines? When floored, the lever makes it all the way to the high RPM stop? Unscrew the blowoff valve screw and dropp a small allen head bolt down in there, then screw the plug back in tight, might be a spring that needs removed. Can you explain more on how to...
