IF you are on a one tank wvo setup then injectors might be of help, but in a two tank situation with the correct heat applied the regular injectors will be fine. That does not mean you should not have them checked to make sure they are working to spec, but don't think you need to spend mega money on...

Never worked on or even seen or driven a diesel audi, but sounds like the engine is starving for fuel. The lower rpm's means the fuel pump is pumping less, and when you accelerate it pulls more fuel. Check the fuel filter first, that would be my plan of attack. Again, I am only using common logic on...

Ok, its been awhile since I have been around here but I thought that I would give you all a heads up on sombody that took a rabbit and put a tdi, ALH engine code I think in the older body. Its a long read with a lot of info, but if you love diesels, you better set aside a good 20 minutes, because yo...

Fuel pump temp sensor

This sensor is found in the top of the fuel pump and could be the issue of the problem. The sensor is really cheap $20 I think, and can be done without a whole lot of effort. Of course you could try the dealership and see how much they would charge to do it. Also the glow plug relay, 109 I think, so...

Do you have a picture of the pump? We could probably help you better if we could see the bolt you are describing. In terms of the leak between the sections, you probably just need a new gasket, but I am not sure how easy these are to get and or install. Post the pic, you might get some more help tha...

Wrong forum, you have an idi engine, go to the other idi side and you will probably get some more help. I can tell you this though, your turbo has no relationship to your anti freeze. The turbo is cooled via the engine oil, so the only way you can lose anti freeze is via a lose connection, head gask...

Alright, your problem was vw's main brain fart on this engine. They upgraded the balancer and doubled the weight, but didn't upgrade the crank or the crank bolt to be able to handle the extra weight. Do a search under the idi forum as this engine is idi and look for crank bolt. If you are lucky valv...
