Assuming a statute mile is equal to 5280 feet, I get 59.48 MPG US. Nice hagar! Is that idling down hill or in your driveway tuning?

After a little reasearch it looks a tad complex for my liking and no gaurantee it will work so I will do like surfcam and hit the junkie.

Aw crud...my spare trans only has the studs and not the mounting holes. The bad trans has both but only uses the mounting holes. Wish it was the other way around. My 85 Golf 1.6na diesel 5sp transaxle is making a terrible metal grinding noise in 4th and 5th gear. The guy I bought it from replaced the IP but the clatter noise was very loud but all good now. I reset cam timing and set IP at .95mm and man did it quiet the motor down big time

Im trying to set the IP timing on an 85 golf 1.6d na but my Bentley only goes up to 84 and hoping someone might have the specs.
