5k on dyno 15w40 anyting less than that is overkill, the block will ridge around 400k anyway. i change my dodge cummins every 10k.

thats good, mine will hit 210F on long uphills and cool down to 150 or so on the downhill side.
never checked my oil pressure, but i here tripple digits are normal on these engines
