yeah, I always loosen the bolt a turn or two and smack it with a rubber hammer......one time I didn't loosen it enough and uh.....the cam wasn't strong enough to withstand all my pounding. Cost me fifty bucks for a new cam. :oops: I would say make sure it's loose enough(duh)and smack it then rotate,...

Hagar, I have a question, if I drive 45mph I get 50-51mpg US, if I drive 53-60mph I get 40mpg US. I'm wondering if the timing advance isn't working to spec, or possibly it is over advancing.
