pump
I have not heard of that brand but I have fixed industrial pumps for many years. The viscosity of the oil can very greatly with temperature and product. So getting it to move will very greatly to. It may require heat. The brand of pump isn't that important as long as the quality is there. It's the t...

I've heard it said that once you start it you should run it for half a hour. I guess the heat will clean it out. Another problem is not chan...

I havn't heard of any laws on the books against it. I just can't see them going after envoirmently friend fuel, bad PR. But in future if it becomes popular l'll bet they will take a took at it. I remember when propane auto fuel first came out with no tax. Good for the envoiment and all that and now ...

pump
It will be interesting to see how long the seal will run leak free. Since its a fresh water pump it likely has a buna-n and ceramic mechanical seal. The grease seems to eat rubber fuel lines which is simmilar material. Theirs pumps that are pumping vegg oil right now bottling for grocier stores. So ...

A good way to do it is use a frig compressor to pump out a rigged tank. Then just throw the hose in the grease pit and it will sucker up. That way your pump doesn't touch the stuff. A good idea. I've worked with pumps for 25 years. If cost wasn't a factor a progessive cavity pump would be the best f...
