also flip the line so you can see the flares on the inside, some lines get a crease from the old injector / IP and won't seat properly until you remove the offending circle. ( light sandpaper and a GOOD cleaning after )...

also check out AUDI intake hoses and intakes ( to get better clearance above the motor ) ... don't forget to add sound deadening to the underside of your new deck lid ... or you won't be able to hear yourself think ... very loud.) the 50 degree is the best solution, modified oil pan and modified tur...

about the only things that may be happening .... 1 the alt has developed a flat or dirty spot on the slip rings ( or the brushes have worn prematurely ) and make sporadic contact. = pulsing alt dash light 2 this creates low voltage for the car and battery which affects the car computer and running p...

early rabbits had problems with the actual fuse box ( leaky windshields ) that rusted when water drips on them and shorts out tracks ... another big problem was the actual ignition switch contacts .....(not the key /tumbler section) the switch goes intermittent ... drop the lower steering column cov...

agreed, you can also use electric snowplow solenoids ( for trucks , ATV's etc )

Princess Auto up here stocks them fairly cheaply....

or start solenoids from ..... outboards with electric start... ATV's .... motorcycles....riding lawnmowers....tractors

the box internals rust up and short out ( causing relays to click and cars to try to start by themselves )

the MK2 are infinitely easier to work on than the electronic ones... especially the TIMING belt setup...... mk2 runs about $50 for parts , the "kit" for the rest runs around $400 ( more things to change ... make sure you also change the water pump each time)

90 % of MK3 electrical problems revolve around the smaller pins used in the connectors (less contact surface) and the main GROUND connector ring behind the dash (once you see it, you'll understand why ) lots of electrical gremlins in mark3 bodies ( and lots of rust prone areas )... MK2 had a better ...

disconnect the + cable from the battery put any 12v light in series with the battery and the + cable. the light will be ON if you have any draw. open the driver's door... use a stick or tape (etc) to push the door switch IN to turn off the dome light ( or switch the dome light off ) pull each fuse f...

OK if you've already $%^ the bearing and don't care about it... a dremel tool and a round grinding stone ( for sharpening chain saws ) ... cut through the old bearing then pry it out the pieces.
