Found it! It was buried in the wires above the fuse panel. It apparently had been attached to the fuse panel at one time. Thanks for the help. I think you may be right about the manual - they meant to say fuse. The fuse is good, so I'll look further under the dash. I'm happy to find that there are some other Dasher owners on the forum.
