My man.... Do you have a Bentley in hand? If not, get one before you do anything else. Are you SURE that you have the head and the block in time? Pull the No. one injector and stick a copper wire down there to make sure the piston is at the top. You can rest assured it is something that you have ove...

Any good fixes?

Send it back for another new one! They are pretty much a throw away part if it is the little plastic inline valve.

Are you sure it is a bolt head? Some of those heaters have a allen head bolt. If all else fails, you can drill the bolt out. Down side is the cuttings in you cooling system

Sounds like you didn't get all the carbon out of the injectors when you replaced the nozzles. You will likely need to remove the injectors, break 'em open again and make sure you get all the carbon out of the injector bodies. I use carb cleaner and a plumber's wire brush for cleaning copper tubing. ...

Take the pump to a machine shop along with the old one and have the parts swapped. If you have a press or access to one- you can do it yourself :o

Worst case scenario is that the engine needs a overhaul. Best case is that your engine isn't breathing and pressure is building up from the crankcase. Could have something to do with the turbo oiler.... Perhaps you need to change the title as this is other than a leak! I'm suprised that you haven't ...

No "easy" way to do it man! Just take the fuel filler tube out and start over. The original vinyl hose has a spring or coil inside to keep it from collapsing but it doesn't keep it from shrinking over the years. I heartily recommend that you use a new piece of hose so you don't have the th...
