Having just had the suspension re-done in my A2 I think I can tell you. I ordered my parts from here are well.
A2/A3 Rear Upper Shock Bushing Set, Rear Bump Stop * 2, and Rear Dust Cover *2 should do it.

14x6 will work for sure, same size as GTI Snowflakes. Cabrio had the same 4x100 lug bolt pattern as the rabbits. That just leaves the offset which I can't imagine would be different enough to matter.

Tools, extra belts, Gorilla Tape, extra fluids, and zip-ties.

I had to get a new job 1400 miles away from old one to have access to public transportation, but I am glad I did.

I gave up the car all together... It's the commuter rail and subway for me here on out. The car is just for fun now.
