I'm looking at one of these with plans to run it on a mixture of waste motor oil (filtered, of course) and diesel.

I ran a cummins like this for over 10 yrs with no problems. However, I'm aware that some diesel's injection pumps dont react well to this sort of thing.

Anyone with any experience with this?

Also, this particular car has 108K miles on it...anything I should look out for in particular when test driving it?

With those miles, it should have had at least one timing belt change,
probably due for another.

Try to get a peek at the timing belt.
