Chased and replaced diesel fuel lines to eliminated air bubbles; now have a solid looped return system.
Vacuum on looped mode: next to nothing

Pulled the trigger a couple days ago; runs great! Have about 300 miles on the system- no issues other than a bit of valve noise when running on WVO; doesn't do that on diesel. Any thoughts on that one? Preignition or?

Can't describe the strange feeling driving down the road passing fuel stops!
Thanks to all for the education- especially Fatmobile!
Now I have to make my prefiltering system more efficient.

Glad to hear you have it running well.
I don't know what would give you noisy valves.
Maybe a timing issue ... due to diesel and vegy having different cetane.
