Using WVO on a 79 Golf

I would like to know if I need to heat the WVO if I am only putting 5 litres in a t a time.

ie. 40 litres Diesel and 5 litres filtered WVO? would that not dilute it enough without the need to heat it? I live in Australia and it rarely goes down to 5c in Winter.

Do I need to take care of any other precautions?
