Biodiesel line question

Post by sparksdc »

Probably a stupid question, but hey-there are none right?

Read the "conversion process" for biodiesel and saw the easy way to replace the lines. My question is what do you use for a "cap" on the 1st (or last-can't remember) injector return to seal it? Or is it safe from breakdown?

Short piece of fuel line with a screw in the end. Make sure the screw has a portion of the shank unthreaded to allow it to seal. Or any other piece of round metal to fit inside the fuel line. There really is no pressure in the line.

pressure

The little injector lines shouldn't have much pressure on them.
They are directly vented to the tank.
