Intake manifold leak

98 jetta TDI; I found a split rubber hose between the intake manifold and the plastic inner cooler pipe. It's about 6" long with a slight curve and has a VW #1H0 145 838 F. Are these available aftermarket? I called the VW dealer and he quoted a price of $89. Does this seem right?
