here's some unique ailments on my 1996 passat wagon. Occasionally at idle, there's a rattle coming from the black plastic cap area at the end of the transmission, (it has a VW symbol on it)...stops when I depress clutch.
also the seat belt light never goes out anymore (the buzzer does turn off once Sealtbelt is clipped in)
a while back I "bumped" into a car in front of me, and both airbags deployed.
I replaced the airbags, but not the airbag sensor. WHERE is that sensor located in the car?
I run the wagon on commercial biodiesel (99/1, I think) it runs like a top... 40-45mpg, and over 50 on milage runs, wher I drive 55 or so, (NOT very often in the DC area)
