that happened

I took off with the hand brake on and stalled the engine ,only moving about four feet . After a normal start and warm up . After that stall the van wouldn't start without holding down the gas a little . There was no idle any more. And no power either . The engine ran missing . What would do this can the timing jump out ? any ideas out there. Roy
