HOW LOW SHOULD I GO??

Hi - I have a T25 that's miles in the air. I want to get some lowering springs. Any advice on this is appreciated. My old shocks are ok - can I keep these? Also, how much do most people lower them 60, 70 or 80mm and do you have to reset the tracking, camber etc because of the new wheel angle.
