WTB-TD engine for 1991 Jetta EcoDiesel

I'm interested in buying the Jetta as it's in very nice shape in and out but it needs a new half block to get it going. The remanned head only has 32,000 miles on it so it should be okay. It was made in 4-'91. Thanks for any info you can provide!!
