I am still looking for a connecting rod for the #4 cylinder on a 1981 VW 1.6 diesel pick-up w/ 11mm headbolts. If anybody can help that would be really great. It's getting cold up here in the north and I need to free up the garage for the other projects.

I did send an e-mail and he had no rods as of a couple weeks ago. Maybe I could try again, just never know.

Will a used one do? I have a 1.6 that had a cracked block, but the rods may be ok still. I'll sell one or all cheap.
