Converting to WVO?

I want to convert my 81 pickup to run on WVO. I am going to run an aux. tank for the WVO. My question is where do I splice in the switching over valve. I want to splice right before the fuel filter. Is that a good place? What about the return line? Do I have to do two valves? I was going to start and stop the engine on diesel. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Mylo
