Did all A2 hyd heads have the plastic camshaft spray cover--this head doesn't. Its pretty covered in grudge, it looks like there is a sticker on the valve cover like the one with the line through the side view of the follower bucket (as I recall it from the mid 80ies). Totally covered in thick gunk--doesn't just wipe off.

I'll be pulling off the head soon--now to dig out my shims and tool, its been a few years (and 3 moves) since I've seen them.

Update:

The sticker is for the API/CD diesel rated oil warning--scrapped the gunk off.
