vnt turbo hybrid

I'm looking for information on garrett vnt turbo's, that can tell me the dimensions of shafts, compressor and turbine wheels, housings and the like. I'm thinking about making something hybrid...17/20, 17/22 or other for an ALH motor. any help or suggestions, previous experience, greatly appreciated....Ken
