Ford put gas tanks behind the seat of their pickups for years. Diesel isn't nearly as dangerous as Gasoline. I think this is viable, but you just need to make sure to vent the tank outside the passenger compartment and make sure there are no leaks.jolotter wrote:I have a 5 gal marine tank I could put under the back seat, but I don't want the diesel in the passenger compartment.
