injector pump question

I have a 82 diesel westy with a leaking injector pump. I saved a pump from one of my old diesel rabbits, is it the same? the pump looks the same just some of the brackets are different. Does anyone know if it will work? Thanks

Should be the same. I know there is someone out there that will know for sure but that's my guess for now.

It will work, but there are a couple of issues. The throttle lever is different and should be swapped to the new pump. Depending on the height of the lever bushing, it may hit the pump housing of the rabbit pump. It also has a different fueling curve/rev limit, but that's not really a big deal.
