Does anyone know what injector rebuild kit I need for a 91 1.6 diesel jetta and where to buy one online and what price to expect?

You can get a reseal gasket set from a licensed Bosch dealer. It's like $25 or so for the kit. I don't remember the part number and there is one gasket that's missing from the kit (I think the large O-ring at the high pressure end). If you're going to attempt some of these seal replacements, you should search the forum and start reading from what others have done and run into. It's a do-able repair, but cleanliness, patience, and attention to what your doing is recommended.
