i remember putting some liquid run flat in my tire and it acted like an auto wheel balancing system.. i hear people with 4x4 are putting bb's or airsoft pellets to balance the tire's (Jeep). there also
Dynabeads

Liquid Tire Balancer
http://www.deltatiresealant.com/tire_balancers.php
Counteract Balancing Beads

and many more (Equal, yes diet sugar).. My work has tried them for years on 18 wheelers but only Centrabalance.com kind, make's it through there tests.

I've run the Centramatic balancers on my 4x4 for over 10 years now, they work well:

Have not had a tire professionally balanced in that time, I mount my own tires and them just do a static bubble balance and that gets them close enough for the balancers to take over.
Have also put the Dynabeads in my 35" off-road tires, but have not put many miles on those yet. With the Centramatics (on 15" wheels), there is a lot of tire beyond the balancing ring, so figure adding about 6 oz. of Dynabeads will help make up for that.
But I think Centramatic only makes the rings for 15" and larger wheels and even then there are fitment issues to worry about. I may try the Dynabeads on my next set of VW tires, but the last set (13") was mounted/balanced when I bought them, so they are fine.
