Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with metal fuel lines that keep breaking? This is so frustrating! I have a 1.9 Turbo diesel in my Vanagon with an injector pump from Performance Diesel in Ontario. The pump has the fuel enrichment diaphragm too.
Basically what keeps happening is that my fuel line for piston 2 keep snapping. This is the third fuel line that I've broken already! It started happening once i put the new injector pump in. I think the pump is too powerful for the fuel lines. Does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative and more robust fuel line?
I'll up load some photos soon. Thanks everyone,
Dave

Someone on here did mention a source for new ones with a different bend on number 2.
You arent the first one with this problem, it's not the pump.
A search of the general fora might find it.
Not sure at all but I think they might be on ebay.
