WTB Alternator Bracket for a 91 1.6NA no AC

I have the bracket but whatever is supposed to in the fwd hole with the geared portion of the bracket is missing. I'm open to other suggestions as I have to tension the belt about every 6 weeks as 2 bolts aren't holding it in place.
