'91 Golf gasser converted to a 12mm pump, M-TDI.
'84 1.6TD Rabbit with a VNT-15 turbo, still setup to run on vegetable oil.
'84 GTI with 1.7TD pistons and intercooled.
2003 TDI wagon
2000 TDI Jetta.

there are some members here that ive some kind of mecanic controler for vnt ?

They had problems with hackers so I don't think they allow new members to register.

it isnt a vw but most mecanic parts and engine are

Yeah, the project section doesn't get used much,
it's fine to post projects other than VW diesels that you are working on.
I'll probably post some of my cobb cook stove and work with local clay/sand/straw this summer.
My VNT controller started sticking so I took it apart to improve it,.. and made it wose in many ways, ha.
I plan to do the same thing with different forces on the arm ( pulling away from the vane controller, instead of jamming toward it) as it moves.
The vane controller is on an arc that swings away from the turbo then back to it,.. my controller held it tightly against the turbo and it had a hard time getting over the hump.
Next one will pull away as it moves.
I also want to have a lever on the dash so I can adjust it from inside the car, for power or economy, loud and bassy or quiet and whiney at idle.
