85 Volvo 740 TD parts car for sale

I know this is a VW site, but I have an 85 740 Volvo TD which shares some parts. Bottom line we loaned to car to a relative who put GAS in it,,,, I bought the Volvo based on my experience with my '78 Rabbit diesel etc. Just wondering if anyone knows any Volvo diesel groupies or websites as this would be a good parts car as the body is in good shape & the auto trans. was fine and AC was running cold. The car is in NorthCarolina. I miss both my old buddies!

You can probably get it going again if you just flush all the gas out and re-prime with diesel. As long as you didn't run it too long it should be fine, unless

I have 6 Volvo TD's... they are getting more and more rare! Would hate to see one go to the wrecking yard when a simple fix is all that is needed...
