seat ibiza 6k tunning

ive buy a piece of junk ready to go to scrapers ..

ive change him alot

manny changing parts , paint job , rust job , fiber job , electrical job

manny work on it

now i start hp demand , im thinking at least doubling its output power

Really nice project.
'91 Golf gasser converted to a 12mm pump, M-TDI.
'84 1.6TD Rabbit with a VNT-15 turbo, still setup to run on vegetable oil.
'84 GTI with 1.7TD pistons and intercooled.
2003 TDI wagon
2000 TDI Jetta.

not finish , but almost

ive to take new pics


for hp demmand

only left me buy the gtd pump , sport air filter , oil return from turbo and feed for it too.
and start working in mecanism to control vnt


did you think for 130 , 140 hp

my block needs girdle and arp studs ?

Studs??? I'd hate to say you won't need them and have a head gasket go bad on you.
You could probably get by without them,.. but might be better off with them and they are easier to install, easier on the block threads.

not understend what you said about head gasket

aaz gasket are diferent from 1y ?

its metal gasket ?

whats best to use ?

I don't know enough about the 1Y to know what head gasket they used.
I was commenting on your question about the need for studs,
I'd hate to say you won't need them, then have a head gasket go on you because of my advice.

The stock stretch bolts work fine most of the time.
