Parting out 91 Jetta 1.8L gashog

Post by coke »

Finally scored a new car for my wife, 01 Jetta, nice shape too. Lots of work. They had the wipers replaced at the dealer. Looks like it saw a garage every time it needed something, including brake light bulbs. LOL.

So, her 91 Mexican built gas job is gonna get parted. I'm keeping a few parts myself, but if anyone has any requests, you can post them here, and I will see how I can accommodate you. Big things like engine and tranny would have to be picked up. The engine's junk anyways, and the syncros are shot in 1st and poor in 2nd. However, feel free to inquire within and I will, as I said, do my best to accommodate you.

Looking for the heater box for a 92 jetta, MK2. If you happen to get yours out, I am interested in it. The small gear that goes to the directional flap is broke on mine. I have the dash out and am in need of the heater box.

Thanks,
John
