Sad day today. Hagar is gone.

I guess we all knew this day wasn't far off, but I'd hoped it would be a lot further in the future. I had always wanted to get up there but never found the time. Amazing how someone who you've only seen a photo of can have such an impact just through his writing and his spirit. I'm glad his SAGA is here, I hope it gets made in to a sticky for mandatory reading for new forum members...

It certainly is a sad day. The 1.6TD has lost one of it's enthusiastic boosters. I helped him source some APR stud this spring that's what friends do. He will live on for me in all of this wonderful post.

Just checked in and read the sad news.
Hagar was a walking data center of diesel related know how and I am thankful he shared so much of that here with us.
