What is a Caddy??

It's a nickname for the VW pickup truck.

The pickup may have officially been called a Caddy in other parts of the world, but in general, it's a nickname to the pickup here in the US.
Everybody else lists their cars here - but not me.

I have too many to count

Also don't confuse it with "CaBBy"
On some online VW forums, people refer to cabriolets (convertibles) as "Cabbies".

You wont find much use of that here though, as the cabriolet was never fitted with a diesel engine from the factory.

I heard somewhere that since the Rabbit is called "Golf" in Europe, the variation that carries things was named "Caddy". Kinda corny, but possible.
