Speedometer Circuit Board

I replaced the plastic circuit board backing on my cluster but there was no gold contact left behind the bulbs. I now have no instrument lighting and I am pretty sure the bulbs were good but I do know that the contacts were worn off from changing the bulbs out. Is there anything I can apply to make a new contact or do I need to find a new plastic circuit board? Where could I find a new board?
