You can change that high pressure o-ring without removing the IP from the engine. You can get a reseal kit from your local Bosch diesel service center. There's a thread that talks about redoing this seal. Specifically read libbybapa's posts starting on page 2 in the link below. This is an easy peasy job to do, but don't get over anxious and rush the job. Patience and small moves is the key with redoing this seal. I've done it.
