HELP With Belt Routing

I have a 91 1.6L Jetta with PS and AC. I am attempting to but the front of the engine with all the belts back together that someone else took apart and am having all sorts of trouble.
I found a decent pic of how everything is supposed to go here.

But there are a couple of problems.
It shows the Water Pump having a double pulley but my WP only has a single pulley.
Also it shows the PS running of the inside pulley of the eng and WP but my PS sticks out so far it would have to run on the outer pulley.
Not sure what to do...

OK so I think I figured out the double pulley part. Evidently there are 2 separate pulleys that bolt together on the WP. I seem to be missing the outer one. I think I found what I need here...

Can anyone verify if thats the right pulley?
