So #2 Injector line broke today. This is on a 91 Eco turbo diesel (jetta). Everywhere I look at lines they only list lines for N/A engines. My question is...is there any difference in the Inj lines on a N/A and turbo engine?
Also are the new lines from Mk1 Authaus any good?

Re: Injector line question
The ECO uses TD lines and has the longer delivery valves. So, the ones at MK1autohaus should work.
Check with this site's owner here first tho.

PS: don't forget to loosen the lines and re-snug anytime you move the IP... when you forget, that's usually how they crack.

Re: Injector line question
I checked with forum owner but he did not have them so I guess Im going to go with Mk1.
Lesson learned - I shimmed IP to fix tracking problem with timing belt. Didnt think to loosen lines to relieve stress on them.PS: don't forget to loosen the lines and re-snug anytime you move the IP... when you forget, that's usually how they crack.

Re: Injector line question
I had more than two number 2 lines break on my "91" Jetta ME. It was the bolt underneath the pump were the lines attach. If it's gone or not tight it'll break that number 2 line.
