Hi, all I'm looking for somebody who did a AC delete on their diesel or has an extra set laying around of the AC pump brackets for a 1.6 TD
I'm building a onboard air system for my offroad caddy, I've got all the rest of the plumbing done, just greased the sanden AC pump last night actually so looking for the brackets before I start welding one up.
I'm in pittsburgh, pa.

Re: wanted 1.6 AC pump brackets
I probably have most if not all of the brackets,.. because I upgrade to MK2 stuff for the AC delete in my Rabbits. It sets the alternator farther from the radiator.
Make sure to look at the difference between the MK2 and MK1 stuff before you decide which one to use.
The MK2 setup uses a 90 amp alternator but has an idler pully that doesn't always work well if you want AC.
