Compression testing. Bad guage?

Compression testing. Bad guage?
I did a compression test through the injector ports with the harbor freight kit. I used the injector adapter with the old injector seal and the metal O piece that come with the kit to make the adapter the same diameter and the injectors. These are the numbers I got 250, 100, 0, 0. I think the gauge stopped holding pressure. Is it possible to have two cylinders at 0 and the car still start and run??? It does start and run. Am I doing something wrong with the gauge?

On a side note the #2 injector was covered in oil when I took it out. The others were not. Is that a sign of ring failure?

I suspect the gauge went bad... pretty hard to imagine 0psi unless the rings are missing or a valve is stuck open.
How bad is the smoke? With those numbers it should be filling the whole neighborhood.
Did the oily injector have crankcase oil or just fuel on it?
