Only getting fuel to one injector

Post by Trucky McTruckface »

This is a 1.6 NA 1981 Rabbit pickup I replaced my injectors. Filled up the pump then cranked the car with the fuel lines cracked but I'm only getting fuel out of one injector. I know that fuel solenoids can cause trouble but can it be partially stuck and give fuel to one injector? Kind of puzzled at the partial problem.

Seems odd. Did you crank with the pedal floored? It may take a while to get fuel out to all the lines if they ran totally dry.

Problem resolved.... apparently the hard lines seat REALLY well and as soon as I jiggled them a bit some fuel seeped out. Got it running. Thank you.

yes they can stick pretty well even though the nut is loose. I always jiggle them. Glad it's all good now.
