I just checked with a 500+dollar torque wrench on the crank bolt at the flywheel it ran 20ft-lbs for each cylinder. It took about 14-16ft-lbs to turn the engine over. I think the peak torque was 20.4ft-lbs. This was done at about 75F. turning acc. power steering, water pump alt. vac pump, that would not account for much. Lets say worn bearings in the engine and a siezed vac pump or alt then the measurements would be different.
