1. flywheel bolts
2.crankshaft bolt
3. front and rear main seals and carrier seals.
3. oil cooler and bypass coolant hoses
4. block heater
5. intermediate shaft seal and o ring.
6. new final drive seals and fluid.
You might also consider taking care of the pushrod oil seal and bushing on the transaxles since you already have things out. How do the clutches/ pressure plates look?

per the previous owner the clutch and pressure plate are brand new less than 2000 miles on them.

does the crank bolt hold on the vbelt pulleys onto the crankshaft? rather is it supposed to because It definitely looks that way on my engine and I've been trying to get them off for an hour.

No. The crank bolt only holds the gear on to the crankshaft. The 4 allen head cap screws hold the crankshaft v-belt pulleys to the crankshaft pulley.

it sure looks like both inner and outer pulleys are 1 piece and they aren't budging.

The inner and outer pullys are one piece but the center bolt still doesn't hold them on.

timing belt off
i/m pulley off- feels very smooth spinning haven't removed the shaft yet. going to replace the seal. debating on even removing it at all. no play side to side but maybe a 1/16 of an inch in and out(normal?).
going to tackle the crank seals and carrier gaskets tomorrow and probably the oil pan gasket since i have one sitting around.
regarding the crank seals.
- need a strategy to remove the crank pulley 12point bolt. bent two bolts trying to rig up something with a box similar to what people use to get clutch pressure plate to crank bolts off.
- whats that white plastic deal they give you with the rear crank seal? how does it work??
- strategy for loosening cam pulley

got the front crank bolt off using this technique. used flat 12/13mm craftsman open ended on each end. worked superbly crankbolt came right off.

I like to loosen the cam bolt with the old timing belt holding it,
with my impact wrench,.. I hit a wrench with a hammer.

Before tightening down the flywheel bolts;
it places the plastic disc in the center of it's cluch disc/pressure plate,..
now centered; the trany splines line up with the clutch disc.
Remove before installation,... <<<that's just so I can give you a hard time if you forget hehe.

Don't skip your I-shaft duties while you are in there.
It's part of the job.
When you see that brittle black seal behind the seal carrier you will understand.
I shaft bearing doesn't wear like normal, it chips out,..
so you don't feel the side to side but you can see pieces missing.

the I/m shaft is out. inner bearing is smooth outer bearing has one uniform thin groove in it no chips. looks as though someone may have been in there before there was a little rtv when I pulled the seal carrier for it. no leaks from seal. the surface on the shaft that rides in the seal has lines in it potentially extremely shallow grooves.

I didn't hear mention of an o-ring, did they use RTV instead?

this is my intermediate shat sealing end slightest of slight grooving can barely feel your fingernail catch on it and that might even be an overstatement. some oiled 2000 grit emery cloth to smooth it out?
