We have 3 86-90 diesel jettas and now I am starting on the rebuild of a 94 jetta diesel. Should be fun. We did some work on a 03 tdi and that was interesting as well. If you don't have a computer with the vagcom stuff you are pretty much SOL for doing a timing belt on those cars. Anyways, I will post updates of the 94 rebuild and any other updates of fixing the odd things on the other 3 1.6 diesels.
